Jamie Knight's name might be new to you, but the truth is Ms. Knight is an incredible, multifaceted talent who has been captivating audiences since the ripe old age of five. Jamie's list of accomplishments is longer than most artists twice her age.
By eight years old, Jamie had released her first CD titled, "Spotlight," honoring the great ladies of jazz and had appeared on multiple regional and national television shows, including ABC's "Good Morning America."
By age 10, she was performing on stage at the world famous Apollo Theater and became the youngest artist to ever play at Carnegie Hall where she raised awareness about abusive relationships.
Hailing from Philadelphia, Jamie began her career on the prestigious precursor to "American Idol"........Though Jamie continued to work on her music and songwriting and garner kudos from the local Philly press, including a feature in Philadelphia Magazine's " 30 greatest under 30 years old", she choose to pursue her other dream of obtaining a college degree, even after being signed by famed rapper Jay Z.

A Prayer for God to Be Your Shield and Portion Today - Your Daily Prayer - May 24
I love this passage in the Bible because it sums up the spiritual reality in all difficult circumstances. How many times do we see the enemy and opposing forces against us, just like Elisha’s servant? And that puts us in a panic - yet the angelic armies of the Living God are unseen but present nonetheless, and far greater. We just need to see that substantial truth!
