'No Pressure' Danny Gokey Lyric Video - Christian Music Videos

Gifted artist Danny Gokey releases a lyric video for his song ‘No Pressure.’ He knows a thing or two about the pressure of life and the pressure to be someone Jesus can be proud of. In the midst of striving, we sometimes lose sight that nothing we do or don’t do will earn us favor with the Lord. Sometimes striving in life through careers, achievements, and awards misplaces Christ from the throne of our hearts. But the Lord gently reminds us of his infinite grace and the depth of his love for us.

As we lay our worries down, he fills us up with his peace. Danny is no stranger to struggle and striving. He lost his first wife to a congenital heart disease before he found himself competing in American Idol. As the season finale came to a close, Danny went from being one of the top three contestants to losing and going home seemingly empty-handed. What he didn’t know was how God was working all things together for Danny’s future in order to glorify Christ through music.
