Cycle C 4th Easter - Do We Listen and Follow Jesus, our Good Shepherd?
Peace to everyone,
Most of us have seen an artistic rendering of Jesus, as the Good Shepherd, carrying a stray sheep to safety. By analogy, Jesus calls us, His Church, to be the voice, eyes, and hands that Jesus can use to help others hear His voice and follow Jesus to eternal life.
In today’s message, I share a true story about Walter, who spent 79 years of his life away from the Church, until something most unusual happened...; it is a message that will inspire and challenge all of us to not give up on anyone, no matter how distant their lives may stray from the Church.
