Silence By: Margaret Susan Walker
There is a time in everyones life when the pain of life is so bad and the outlook is so grim that all you can do is take a deep breath and pray in silence. This poem was written in just such a time. It is my prayer to God to let Him know that I am handling what comes my way but still giving all praise to Him. Life will happen with or without the security of Gods love in my life. I just want to make sure that I don't try going through it alone. The last line is "Cradle my family in Your hands". That is my hope and prayer for all of time.
