Us women need to learn how to understand and use the word respect because, in truth, respect is a mans deepest value. Did you know ladies that men need to feel respected even more than feel loved. Not only will a man who truly loves you want to serve, but they re also willing to die in combat. There is something in many loving men, placed there by God, to fight and die for .... what?! HONOR, to fight and die for women, children and their buddies.



After the scriptures teaches wives to behave respectfully before their husbands it tells husbands to live in an understanding way with their wives and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life. In other words he is telling husbands to value and prize their wives as equals within the grace of God. Husbands ought to love their wives as they do themselves. A husband requires respect and a woman love. The king that honors her and values her calls the man of God to be the first to provide, protect and even die if necessary. In my mind I seek for a word picture and see a graphic illustration: On a sinking ship the lifeboats put over the side are waiting to be boarded. The cry is for the women and children to board first. Wow! God's Creation is beutiful and an amazing thing. His words teach, convict and encourage relationships to blossom and flourish if we would just adhere to his knowing what we need more then we do. As well as knowing hat are mate needs more then ourselves. It seems then kind of important that God be present in conversations and decisions when it comes to our homes and relationships. I have said through and through how I h
