That Day
I wrote this song for a fan who'd been messaging me on facebook for years. I knew she was sick but never to what extent. She told me that she would not likely survive her upcoming operation and had difficulty sending me her goodbyes. I let her know that I was writing her a song and that I'd post it the day after her surgery, so she would have to stick around. The song became the first single off my new album, "LossLoveLife," which is a dedication to my young cousin who passed, Theresa.
