86-Year-Old Woman Roller Skating Is Having A Blast And Everyone's In Awe

An old woman roller skating has everyone in awe and proves age is just a number!

Roller skating requires balance, practice, and just a bit of poise. If you’re anything like me, you might have daily battles with the laws of gravity just climbing the stairs or getting out of your car.

Gravity usually takes over, and I find myself either becoming a public display of losing the gravity battle or with scraped elbows. Most days, it’s fifty-fifty. Yet, this elderly woman makes roller skating look as easy as riding a bike or, quite frankly, breathing. 

Old Woman Roller Skating Has Everyone In Awe

She captured the attention of several people who then posted her easy, breezy roller skate moves, including a skating professional by the name of Marcus. He was floored at how this woman glided by other competitors like the wind. So, he had to capture this woman’s talent.

The caption posted with the video says, “When Marcus noticed the woman, he found himself in awe at how elegant and talented she was, despite her 86 years.” I bet it’s safe to say we all agree with him one hundred percent! 

In the video, you’ll see that the 86-year-old woman roller skating doesn’t seem to have a care in the world. Nor is she worried about breaking a hip. She’s dressed in a t-shirt and leggings, which happen to have roller skates printed all over them. I think her outfit just goes to show, she not only loves the sport but she is good at it! 

This woman proves growing older is truly something to look forward to. We get to pursue activities and hobbies that bring us joy and show the younger generation that age truly is just a number!
