Your never alone!

Story: I am going to tell a story about the first time I went to China and traveled all by myself. I was at Chinese airport and had to find my way after my flight was changed all by myself without others who spoke English to help. This was a time when I saw God provide when I felt all alone.
Connection: Have you ever felt all alone even though you have been surrounded by others? Or felt like there is no one else who could possibly understand what you are going through? I think at one time or another we have all been there - Whether it is eating lunch all alone at school, not having a friend to sit next to, not getting invited to a party, being hurt by a close friend, going through something hard and not having any one to share it with.
The Promise: However, there is a great promise in the Bible. After Jesus rose from the dead and before He went up to Heaven he gave His disciples some final commands –called the great commission. After he commanded them to go and make disciples he said…I am with you always and forever! What a promise…even when we feel like everyone else has left us. We have Jesus and he will NEVER leave! When you feel alone you can count on Jesus!
Challenge: Take a moment to look around you and see who else might be lonely. Let Jesus use you to reach out to someone around you!
