Rich Kid Comes To Christ After Reaching A Low Point In Life

Andrew led a very comfortable life. Until hitting rock bottom helped this materialistic man find Christ. Andrew came from a very successful family. His dad grew a college textbook company into a multi-million-dollar business. He also ran for and was elected governor of Kentucky. Their lives were so abundant, and then one-day Andrew got a call from his dad that changed everything. All of his debts combined totaled to about four hundred eighty million dollars. Andrew would even call his brother and himself “spoiled”. They were so obsessed with material possessions. And even though he was raised in the church, he did not have a personal relationship with God. So he turned to alcohol and drugs at a very young age. He was trying to escape the reality of his life. He knew he made a huge mess out of his life. His mom was extremely disappointed in him. And as he was being transported from one prison to the other, he prayed to the Lord and experienced true forgiveness from Jesus for the first time. Andrew loves sharing the message of hope to people who are in prison. He knows that his mission in life is to share with others that there is hope and that a life in Christ is the most abundant life we could ever have.
