Kirsten Haglund stole america's heart when she became Miss America in 2008. But what the world didn't know was the story behind the smile. When she was younger Kirsten found herself trapped in the unhealthy cycle of anorexia. Her obsession with food and her weight took over her life until even doctors couldn't convince her she needed to change. Finally one day Kirsten's body gave up and she realized she couldn't hide from God.
