I wrote this song as a reminder that although we take our own paths, fall away, and get captive in the very things Christ came to free us from...GOD is saying its been long enough baby- I'm right here, I love you, I endured the cross for you, i came to free you and give you life. As the chorus says - And YOU graciously always stay. By my side in the pouring rain. Your anger overthrown by Your love. Desperate to take away my shame, Its been long enough you say.
