In this video Cecil shares a testimony of a lady who had Parkinson’s disease. After Cecil prayed for her while ministering at her church she received her healing. After the service she was running around the parking lot of the church filled with joy. The following year Cecil returned to her church and found her bound up again with the symptoms of the same disease. Once again, Cecil prayed for her and she received a manifestation of healing.
