Veterinarian Ovidiu discovered a terrifying sight in Letea, a part of Romania. He saw a wild horse with chains around its front legs. This has become a common practice as some feel that the wild horse population in the area is out of control. Thankfully, Ovidiu and the team from FOUR PAWS showed up and gave this beautiful animal a moment to treasure. And that 'thank you'...WOW!
