Puppy Dog Trapped In Tar Gets Amazing Rescue

This poor puppy got stuck in a pit of tar by a road that was being repaired. He couldn't move and was slowly dying. Thankfully Animal Aid Unlimited rescued him and took the time to love on this poor boy. And the transformation!
