Pregnant Wife Surprises Husband With News Of Twins

It was time for these parents-to-be to go in for a very important ultrasound when dad got called into work and had to miss it. Well during that ultrasound this pregnant mom found out they were having twins!
So she planned a special surprise for her husband. She wrote a note from their baby and put it in a special present. And just wait until you see his reaction! The look on his face is priceless.
