Sick Granny Gets The Best Medicine As Nurse Sings 'Amazing Grace'

Olivia Kilburn and her granny, Patsy, met Mikea Braden when while at the hospital in Nashville. Not only did Mikea give them exceptional care, but this sweet nurse sang 'Amazing Grace' to the sick grandma, too!
71-year-old Patsy Tate was admitted to the hospital when her heart got out of rhythm. Having her granny sick in the hospital made for a scary time for Olivia. But Olivia felt much better knowing the Lord blessed her grandma with the "best nurse tech", Mikea Braden.

God not only blessed Mikea with the desire and skills to care for others. He also gave her a lovely voice. So, it was touching to see Mikea using her musical talents to minister to her patients.
Nurse Shares Powerful Moment With Her Patient
It all started when Mikea came into the hospital room humming.
"My grandfather said 'I bet you know Amazing Grace.'" Olivia said, "And she said 'Yeah! I’m gonna sing it for y’all!'"
Olivia filmed and shared the heartwarming moment when this nurse started singing the iconic lyrics to this beautiful hymn.
“Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
T'was blind but now I see
T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear
And Grace, my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed”
You can see the impact the words are having on Olivia's grandparents. As this nurse sang 'Amazing Grace', you can just tell God is in the room and working!
In no time, the special moment started spreading over the internet and touching hearts all across the world. Olivia's Facebook video has racked up thousands of views.
Apparently, Mikea's dose of Heavenly inspiration worked. The hospital released Olivia's grandma just a few days after the filming of this video.
This is just more proof that the Lord is working all around us. God bless this compassionate and talented nurse technician.
