Woman Stops To Help Mystery Creature In Texas, Then Has To Call For Help When It Goes Off

When a woman spotted a mystery creature in Texas, she pulled over and scooped the poor thing up. She thought she was helping. But then the wild animal went crazy!
Have you ever tried to do the right thing only to reap negative consequences? It’s kind of like a slap in the face.

That’s happened to a woman nicknamed Miss U.
Woman Tries Helping Mystery Creature In Texas
She was on her way home one afternoon when she spotted an injured animal on the side of the road. Miss U assumed the strange little fluff of fur was a lemur. She got out and wrapped the poor little thing in a towel and then proceeded to put it in her car.
That’s when things went very wrong.
The mystery creature in Texas became agitated and wasn’t in the mood to be helped. Miss U had to quickly exit her vehicle and call for help.

The moment help arrives, Miss U learned it wasn’t a lemur. It was a ringtail. If you aren’t sure what ringtails look like, look up the animated film Madagascar and check out the character King Julian. You’ll realize rather quickly the mystery creature she picked up is a version of King Julian that is native to Texas.
I have a feeling this ringtail was experiencing a King Julian moment when Miss U put him in the car. And I imagine he was saying, “I don’t want to survive Maurice. I want to live!”
Mystery Creature Gets The Help It Needs
After a few harrowing moments of placating the Texas version of King Julian by animal rescue officer Centeno. He was able to subdue the ringtail and take him to a wildlife animal rehabilitation rescue to treat the little guy for his injuries.
Thankfully Miss U wasn’t hurt or harmed in the action steps she took to save its life.

The moral of the story of the mystery creature in Texas is to call your local wildlife animal rescue before trying to help a wild animal that may not want your help. We all have a duty to care for God’s creatures, but sometimes it’s best to let the professionals handle it. I imagine both the ringtail and Miss U have a wild tale to tell their friends.
“And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased,” Hebrews 13:16.
