Man Working As A Custodian At A School Must Walk Every Day Until The Staff Gifts Him A Car

Mr. Chris, a man working as a custodian at a school in Georgia, received an incredible blessing from his coworkers. They surprised him with a new car so he wouldn't have to walk to work each day. And his reaction is just the best!

As the administration from Unity Grove Elementary places car keys into the hand of the young man, he is in utter shock. The woman responds, “It’s yours baby. It was a little bit more, so the school got together and we raised the rest of the money.”

It suddenly hits him that after walking to work so many days, he now has a car. The man takes off his mask and looks up to the sky and raises his hands in praise to God. The co-workers tell the man working as a custodian at the school, “We love you.”

All the custodian keeps saying is, “There is a God, thank you!” The sacrifices made by the school abundantly blessed and encouraged him. He continues in amazement, “Thank you all. This is not real, I never would have dreamed this.”

It turns out the staff was working together to provide the car.

The administrators told the man that “It took 10 minutes” for the school to raise the extra money to purchase his car. The love outpoured from this school community is nothing short of inspiring.

The man working as a custodian at the school shared in physical shock, “I can’t move, I’m stuck.” The administrator humorously said, “You’re never allowed to leave our school again.”

God has clearly blessed this man to have what he needs to get to work every day without the long-distance walk. Maybe you have not been blessed with a car today, but we all have been abundantly blessed by the Lord in one way or another. Take the time to praise and thank Him for His gifts that enable us to share His love to others.

One of the best times of the year can also be one of the most difficult. Harvest décor leads into Christmas bells and lights. We fill the calendar slots with parties and events. This can create a low-level hum of anxiety if the upcoming family get-togethers feel like a risky walk through a minefield.
