13-Year-Old Boy Saves Puppies Dumped In A Trash Bag

13-year-old Jonathan Flat was on his way to school when he heard something strange coming from a trash bag. That's when he made this sad and precious discovery. Thanks to one young boy's big heart and keen ear these puppies are going to be just fine. WOW!
