Amazing Act Of Courage From Man’s Best Friend

One look at this sweet pup might already have you saying ‘Awww!’ But just wait until you hear what he did for his human!

As a guide dog, Figo was used to keeping an eye out for his owner, Audrey Stone. But as he led her across the street one morning, he saw what Audrey could not -- a school bus headed right for them!

Figo immediately leaped into action. Acting as her guardian angel, he threw himself in front of the bus in an attempt to take the brunt of the impact.

Paramedics and the Fire Department arrived quickly on the scene and immediately began tending to Audrey. Figo suffered from a severe cut on his leg, but was still trying to care for the woman he loved. According to the police chief, ‘...he did not want to leave her side. He stood right with her. He was there to save her.’

Audrey was loaded into an ambulance and taken to a nearby hospital. Figo was transported to a nearby vet. And through God’s amazing grace, both are on the mend!

Not surprisingly, God can use anything, even our pets, to perform miracles! And oftentimes we can be inspired by their incredible acts of loyalty and compassion.
