It's all too easy to get caught up in electronic devices and social media in this day and age. But too often, we stop noticing the world around us because our focus is on the screens in front of us. For instance, have you ever been dining out at a restaurant and looked around to see couples, groups of friends, or even families all on their phones? It’s all too common of a sight nowadays.

The term "social media" sounds like something that would make us more social. But instead, it seems to be having the opposite effect. Our screens are robbing us from the real-world relationships right in front of us!
