What These Police Officers Did For A Sick Mother Of 5 Is Just AMAZING!

Another Side Of Police Work

Police officers are universally called to serve and protect. And two officers from Norway are getting attention worldwide for their special act of service during a recent call, which the Eindhoven Police Department is calling “another side of police work.”

The two men showed up at the home of a woman who needed to be rushed to the hospital due to extremely low blood sugar. This would have left her 5 children at home unattended, if it weren’t for the kindness of the responding officers!

The kind officers stayed with the children until someone else could come to care for them. But when they learned the children had not eaten, they went to the kitchen and fixed some sandwiches and fruit for them.

After the kids finished eating, the men went about washing the dishes and tidying up. Can you imagine what a blessing it must have been for the sick, mother of 5 to not only return home knowing her children had been cared for, but also to find a clean kitchen?

The photo that was posted to Facebook of the smiling officers, has been liked by over 100,000 people to date and shared by over 5,000. Praise for their kindness has poured in from all over the world:

It just goes to show how much power a small act of kindness can have and is appreciated in this world. All blessings, big and small, work together for God’s glory!
