Courtney Hill lost her husband, Brian, during a trucking accident in Oklahoma. But on the day of his wake, Courtney discovered she was pregnant...with triplets. Even though this is a heartbreaking time for Courtney and the rest of her family, she finds comfort knowing that she will have 3 more smiles to remind her of Brian.
