Marine Makes A Wedding Dress Out Of Toilet Paper

Marine veteran Amber Mills couldn't work because of her Multiple Sclerosis and she was feeling defeated and depressed. But that's when she found a contest to make a dress out of toilet paper. That's right, toilet paper. But it's how the toilet paper turned everything around that had me in tears. Wow! You're in our prayers, Amber.
