Con artists are all over the world. But recently, a new scam has been plaguing neighborhoods across America. Posing as a utility worker, strangers will talk their way into someone's home and proceed to request money or rob them. ABC News' Gio Benitez decided to disguise himself as a water company worker to see just how easy it was to get into a person's home. And the results are shocking!
