Instead of merely responding to a 911 call at midnight, Officers Israel and Frank went above and beyond. They made sure a man with special needs named Chris felt special on his 25th birthday.

When Chris dialed 911, he had a simple request: He wanted someone to wish him a happy birthday. Little did he know that his call would prompt a heartwarming response that would touch the hearts of millions, even though it was the early hours of the morning.

Upon arriving at Chris' home, Officers Israel and Frank knew they couldn't "show up empty-handed." They stopped at a store to pick up some treats, including a cupcake, candles, and warm wishes.
