Little Girl Sings To Great Grandmother With Dementia

Sophie had never met her great grandma who has dementia. Sophie's grandparents were a little nervous that the little girl wouldn't understand why her great nana didn't act like everyone else. But when Sophie started singing, "You Are My Sunshine" my heart melted. What an amazing thing she did for her great nana! Who else needed tissues!?!
