Granddaughter Shows What Life Is Like For Her Grandma With Alzheimer's

Lisa is a live-in caregiver for her grandma, Nora Jo, who has Alzheimer's. And she wanted to show the world just what it means to love someone with Alzheimer's, so she made this incredibly powerful video. It's heartbreaking but it's a message that needs to be shared so we can fight this horrible disease.
