Lauren Daigle and Loren Allred Light Up AGT Stage with 'Thank God I Do' and 'You Say' Duet

Lauren Daigle and Loren Allred lit up the America’s Got Talent stage with their beautiful “Thank God I Do” and “You Say” duet performance.

Everyone is blessed with a different set of skills and talents. For instance, some people are good public speakers, athletes or adept at working with their hands. Others may be skilled in the written word, while others have musical talent, gifted with the voice of an angel. Lauren Daigle is one of those people who has been blessed musically by the Lord.

Lauren Daigle is one of the biggest names in the Christian music scene. Her musical talent and powerful, moving lyrics about God and His love, mercy, grace and faithfulness are undeniable. Every song and album she releases quickly becomes a major hit. She has even experienced massive crossover success, with her tune “You Say” getting played extensively on pop radio.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Lauren was joined on the America’s Got Talent stage by Loren Allred. The two tremendously talented young women performed a duet, singing two of Lauren’s biggest hits: “Thank God I Do” and “You Say.”

It was a fantastic duet. Both women put their beautiful voices on full display, treating the studio audience, the show’s four judges and those watching at home to an awe-inspiring performance.

After their performance, the two women receive a standing ovation with thunderous applause.

But the show-stopping duet wasn’t all that happened.

Following their duet, Lauren gave the contestants on the show some helpful advice to take and consider through the rest of their time on the show and their careers.

“The most important thing is every person, every contestant, was made for a unique purpose,” she said. “What is that message that you’re going to bring into the world? What is it that you’re going to share? What gift are you going to be able to give? That’s the most important thing.”

Ephesians 5:19 “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.”
