Beautiful Duet of ‘In Christ Alone’ Touches Hearts

This stunningly beautiful duet of "In Christ Alone" will surely touch the hearts of many. This rendition of the beloved praise and worship song is fantastic and deserves to be heard. Check out the short clip of the two young women performing “In Christ Alone.”

Without Christ, we are unable to do much, if anything. Human beings are weak, with flaws and imperfections. However, there is nothing we cannot do with Him, and the Bible makes this perfectly clear in several places. One of the most popular verses in the Bible, Philippians 4:13, states, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.” In Matthew, Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

He is the solid foundation – the Cornerstone on which to rely and build a life. Building a life on or putting one’s trust anywhere else is like, as the Bible points out, building a house on sand. In a clip posted on YouTube, two young women perform a popular tune about this.

It's a wonderful duet as the two women sing “In Christ Alone.” The song’s memorable opening verse mentions how important Christ is in our lives and that we are nothing and unable to do much of anything without Him. He is our all, the reason we have a future and hope.

“In Christ alone, my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This Cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm throughout the fiercest drought and storm”

The powerful lyrics also point out how Christ willingly went to the cross. He suffered and died for mankind's sins. He shed His blood for all. However, that is not where the story ends; that tomb is empty and He is no longer there. Today, Christ offers forgiveness and love to all who earnestly seek Him out and call His name.

Acts 4:12 “And in no other is there salvation: for there is no other name under heaven, given among men, through which we may have salvation.”
