Teacher's Side-Splitting Joke on Elementary Class Will Leave You in Stitches

A teacher's side-splitting and hilarious joke she pulled on her elementary class will leave you in stitches and doubled over in laughter.

Many heavy and serious situations in life are often emotionally and physically draining. Enduring these daily circumstances and encounters can become taxing and wear on your nerves. Shouldering those burdens and concerns can become too much for even the most mentally tough person.

That's why it's always good to escape from those situations whenever possible, even for a few seconds. Watching a television program or visiting the movies allows us a few hours of escapism, letting us forget those distressing circumstances for a moment. Jokes are another form of escapism that can help alleviate tension and help people focus on something else momentarily.

Everyone loves a hilarious joke. There isn't a person on Earth who would rather be crying than laughing.

A clip posted on social media features a teacher pulling an April Fool's Day prank on her third-grade students. As the short video shows, she got some help in successfully pulling off the joke.

The video begins with the teacher sitting at her desk when a voice over the loudspeaker informs the teacher of a very important development.

"Ms. Delgado, your mom is here to pick you up," the voice says. "You're leaving early today."

After being informed that she is ducking out of school early, the teacher doesn't give it a second thought. She quickly packs up her belongings and starts heading for the door. The teacher doesn't want to keep her mother waiting.

However, there is just one big problem. Who is going to stay and teach that class of third graders? Based on the students' reactions and questions, they are equally baffled by the latest developments.

Before she leaves, she has one request for the students: Don't tell the school principal about her leaving early. With that, the teacher walks out, leaving the students completely confused and concerned.

Proverbs 17:22 "A glad heart makes a healthy body, but a crushed spirit makes the bones dry."
