- I LOVE HORSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- I am a pretty good student.
- I like to dance, but don't (unfortunately) take lessons.
- I know tons about animals.
- I love archery. I own a recurb and a quiver full of pinl arrows. :)
- I love -and miss- colorguard.
- Sometimes I make movies for fun- I might be a movie director someday.
- I am a lover of all things technological, and a master of Microsoft Office 2003. I'm taking classes next year for the '07 edition.
- I don't/ am not allowed to watch TV! Or most movies!(That one always gets a reaction. LOL.) We don't have one. Just recently got high speed internet, and I wasn't even allowed to watch youtube even though we finally could. God tube/ Tangle has been a life saver. Also, though I list the Lord of the Rings as my all time favorite movies, I've only seen about the first half of the first one. I was watching it at my grandparents house, but then my dad came in. He won't let me watch anything that isn't G rated unless he insinuates it.
-I LOVE colorguard, and participated in one outdoor season with the Northern Polar Bears marching band. I wasn't half bad, either, but quit in order to avoid our horrible coach during the indoor season. So, I've never done winter guard, even though our schools winter guard won nationals last year and were promoted up a class. The marching band and colorguard won their outdoor season, though! (Without my help, unfortunately.)
- I like to write stories and as of today have won a gold and a silver key in regional Scholastic writing contests. (As well as several other awards, but they weren't so big.) We (my teachers and I)won't know until sometime in April whether or not it won on the national level. I doubt my skills go that far, though.
A Prayer to Help You Comfort Others - Your Daily Prayer - April 25
Have you ever wondered if there is any purpose in your suffering? We certainly don’t go looking for suffering—it comes to us because life is a journey through difficulties and triumphs. Sufferings are a reminder of what Jesus Christ went through and it is a way for us to encourage others.
