A Granddaughter's Love For Her Grandma
Young Taylor has a very close relationship with her grandma, Sharon. Sharon, who is battling cancer, was stuck in the hospital during Taylor's High School Graduation. They were both heartbroken that Sharon couldn't be there. So Taylor planned this beautiful surprise for her grandma. Grab your tissues!
