But this is in Logan, Utah. Most of these heroes are Mormon's. So they're going to hell anyway despite their good hearts, right? Even though they earnestly profess to be Christians (aka, saved by the atoning grace of Jesus Christ alone, they do not believe they are saved by works but rather works are a natural outcome of one who is saved), and live according to Christian principles, and recognize Christ as the only means whereby they can be saved, Mormon's can' t be saved and be a Mormon at the same time according to mainstream Christian opinion. There is so much love and goodness in these posts. But would it have been different if you knew this ordeal was in the heart of Mormon country? I believe Christ when he said, "Greater love hath no man than this..." But what if that man who lays his life on the line is a Mormon? This post has brought out the best in all of you. Each one recognizing the goodness of people...of all different backgrounds. God's hand IS at work in these people. At least a couple of these guys were probably students attending Utah State University. The Middle Eastern guy and the African guy probably aren't even Christian. But you've all sensed and recognized the Christ-like selfless actions they all portrayed this day. Will you're opinion now change? If not, then fabulous! If so, why? I got kicked off of Godtube for being a Mormon. They won't let me have a profile here anymore. I tried always to only post things that I knew Christian Mormon's and mainstream Mormon's had in common. But never the less, I was made unwelcome in the fellowship of Christ. It hurts. I love you all. And as far as I am concerned, you are my brothers and my sisters. I hope you'll all consider this. God bless.

Awesome to see people really helping out! However somebody with a knowledge of physics needs to straighten out that newscaster about the lifting power each person supplied the number should be less than about 160lbs per person on average.

Our God is wonderful. It warms my heart to see such an outpouring of compassion. Thank you to all those who dove into the act of saving a life, and showing us that there is still good in the world.

so alllll those people who helped, pretty much everybody who was around, kinda strange and sad, the guy in the suit, didn't mind hanging around to watch, but he was not going to lift a finger. suppose he could not get dirty.

The Lord is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9) And our help comes from the Lord. (Psalm 121:2)
