simply seeking to know Him more and to reveal Jesus (the Christ) to others around me. Not through religion, not through bible verses; but rather through simply treating others with kindness, respect, and love. Respect is something you have to give to get and people have been so disrespected that to come into an understanding of what it means to be treated with respect is sometimes uncomfortable because; simply put, we will not know how to show respect to someone until we allow Him to teach us through His (holy) Spirit living inside of us about Himself. For He is our comforter, advocate, Father, helper, guider, strengthener, sustainer, sanctifier, magnifier, purifier. We must yield our mind, will, and emotions (our soul) to Him so that our minds can grow to become like the mind of Christ. Church meetings won't do this, bible studies won't do this, memorizing scripture won't do this. We have to let the Word speak to us by listening to the Word speak to us--> the Word that is in our hearts for "in the beginning was the Word. And the Word was with God and the Word was God."
