Stephen Nichols

Rev. Stephen T. Nichols was born May 5, 1968 in South Bronx, New York. In 1987 Rev. Nichols joined the United States Navy. While stationed in Pensacola, Fl in 1991 he received Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. By the grace of God he escaped the limitations of poverty to widen his spiritual parameters to reach people of varied backgrounds and cultures. Through his life experiences God has placed within his heart a deep love and burden to share the Gospel message of Christ with all who will listen. Rev. Nichols ministry uniquely promotes reconciliation and redemption, which definitely crosses denominational and social lines. His messages tackle such issues as religion -vs- relationship, intimacy with God, family relationships, personal spiritual growth, sowing and reaping, the power of the Holy Spirit, the character of God, and the Person of Jesus Christ. Rev. Nichols fervently believes the Bible to be the inerrant Word of God, a belief strongly reflected in his teaching.

Rev. Nichols received has call into the ministry in 1997 and remained a faithful servant and student of Gods word. He was licensed to preach the Gospel in February 2002 by Hallelujah International Ministries out of Alexandria, Va. Later that same year Rev. Nichols was ordained and officially installed as the pastor of New Hope Christian in Sicily, Italy. Rev. Nichols believes that the call on his life is to establish believers in Gods Word. Finding himself a Christian in need of victory many years ago, he discovered freedom to live victoriously through applying the Word of God. Through the love and compassion that God has planted in his heart many souls have been saved and delivered from the bondage of sin.
