Boy Helps Neighbor With Yard Work While Dad Is Deployed
5-year-old Brian loved nothing more than spending time in the yard working with his dad. Brian's father is Air Force Captain Dan Kelly.
Dan was recently sent away on a 6 month deployment and Brian was heartbroken. He felt lost and he desperately missed his dad, so Brian went next door to visit his neighbor Dean. He hoped that Dean would let him help out with some yard work.
Of course, this dad let Brian help and now almost every single day since that first knock Brian and Dean have spent hours together working around their yards.
It's amazing how Dean has stepped in as a father figure for this little boy and it is truly something to behold. God bless this amazing neighbor. This is what it really looks like to support our troops!
