Hi, my name is Pastor Roland. I am host of Shedding Shackles, a weekly radio show that really helps people cope with stress. I am nondenominational, so all are welcome. I don't have a church building and you can't belong. I just have a microphone and reach out to people on the radio. I have found that emotions and negative thoughts that go along with the emotions make it hard for us to be forgiving and patient with others. When you learn how to calm down and get out of negative thoughts and emotions, you will find it easier to forgive and express wisdom.
