Conflict is Normal

It's essential to recognize that disagreements and differences of opinion are natural when two unique individuals come together. However, it's crucial to distinguish healthy conflict from harmful behaviors such as aggression or verbal abuse. As I always say, conflict is inevitable, but it doesn't have to be destructive.
