Christian pop singer-songwriter Josh Wright is stepping boldly back into the spotlight with the announcement of his highly anticipated debut album, LEAD, arriving July 25th. A triumphant return following years of personal tragedy, spiritual transformation, and creative rebirth, Wright’s upcoming release is anchored by the powerful flagship single “The Fall,” premiering today (June 27) with an accompanying video, and the soulful follow-up “I’ll Take You There (feat. Wendy Moten),” landing July 11.

Known for his emotionally charged vocals and heartfelt songwriting, Wright’s music weaves together faith, perseverance, and hope—reflecting a journey shaped by pain, healing, and God’s unwavering presence. After losing his father to cancer at 17 and later his younger brother in a tragic accident, Wright took a step back from music to focus on his faith, enrolling in CeCe Winans’ Discipleship Ministry School. Today, he serves as a key worship leader at Nashville Life Christian Church, helping others find hope in Jesus through music.
