I almost died from a diabetic coma and was told I would be on insulin and other drugs for the rest of life, and face amputation and kidney failure. But, I was blessed because God guided me to use my knowledge of engineering to overcome the complications and recover. People were so surprised by my recovery that they encouraged me to write the book "Death to Diabetes" -- to share that knowledge with other diabetics.
When people ask me during speaking engagements why so many diabetics don't improve their health, I tell them that the Number 1 reason is due to the lack of knowledge.
