Elder Pamela Rodgers was born Pamela Brown in St. Louis, Missouri. After 3 years of walking with the Lord, she was called to assist her pastor, Bishop Michael A. Bates, in full time ministry in 1988. Leaving a position of 13 years with Southwestern Bell, Eld. Rodgers assumed the position of Administrative Secretary and Personal Assistant to the pastor. During the following 15 years, Eld. Rodgers served as a Youth Pastor, Lead Intercessor, Praise & Worship Leader and Teacher. When Eld. Rodgers was diagnosed with Arthritis, after suffering many years with severe pain, she decided to declare her divine health and sought God for something to do to defy its hold on her body and testify of His delivering Power. In 2001 she began Praise Dancing under the mentorship of Erica C. Bates-Hill and now heads a Dance Ministry of her own, Continual Praise. In 2004 she married Pastor Bennie Rodgers and relocated to Manassas, Virginia where she labors beside her husband as Co-pastor of New Fellowship Baptist Church. Elder Rodgers is a proud mother of a daughter, Robin, a son, Larrion, and the world's most perfect grandchildren, Jaden Arrion & Victoria Grace as well as three step children Bennie, Jr., Ebone and Ariel.
