We thank God for the Holy Spirit to lead, guide and direct every step of the way.

Reed_ira: I especially liked your comment. That's quite a challenge to us, but Jesus does say "Every idle word will be brought into judgment." Therefore, considering each word we say as directed toward our Father SHOULD revolutionize our speech patterns! Thanks, Ira!

This means that ALL my speech is first and foremost directed to our Father: while discussing an upcoming trip with my friend my speech is primarly to Him, not to my friend. We conclude speaking to God by saying in effect "gooidby, see you later, You are dismissed from my presence now" by saying "Amen" i.e. my conversation with God is over-however, if, upon saying "amen" I then say to my friend "we must work Friday" I am primarley speaking to God, not to my friend! Pray Without Ceasing" We don'T TURN CONVERSATION WITH GOD OFF AND ON.

With the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and able to speak in tongues also gives a communication to be in prayer every waking moment. There are two ways to look at this because some people do not understand what took place on acts 2! No one teaches the difference between being born again, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The first Christians were Jews and they spoke in tongues of divers kinds which happen more than just on Pentecost Day after too because Paul spoke of it and he did not attend that day! It is a gift like salvation. It is experienced any time of the day and it is a prayer language between soul filled with the spirit of God to communicate spiritually to Him.

we need to be in constant communication with God just like a pilot does with his control tower if we have to reach our destinations safely in life.
