My son is a cop and he had an absent/neglectful father. He's now angry, bitter and resentful and worst of all he is lost despite trying my best to instill a love and passion for our Heavenly Father. I continue to pray for him to become a godly man and father to his own children. It's time to STOP the pain and stand up to be godly men of courage and conviction.

I pray this song/movie will touch the hearts of all the men who will listen. Very powerful. Please listen to the words and let them speak to you.

Praying for you and your family. And you are very right that Mom's can't be Dad's. It always saddens me when a boy doesn't have that father influence. I challenge every male to be the man that God intended you to be.

I lost my son 7 years ago and it still hurts so bad at times, I cant stand it.he was 29 when I lost him he has two childern and they look just like him so I do have them in my life.time helps you live with but god will get you through it he has helped me so much.so I now your pain very well.god bless you.

Have tried several times to download the song. Maybe I misunderstand and it is not the full song downlioad. I am only getting 22 seconds of Courageoues. This is a wonderful song. I want to be courageous as well. I suppose I will have to buy the CD if I cannot get the full version in download. I loved the song, and I will be going to see the Movie. Ohh, you don't know what your music and videos have meant to me. I really started listening to your music in 2008 when my husband of almost 24 years came down sick with an auto-immune disease. He was in the ICU for 2 weeks and then in the Advanced care unit until he died July25th, 2008. I am a baptized christian. I was baptized when I was 13. But going thru this with him at his age of just 51 , drew me closer to God and I started listening to a christian radio station and God spoke to me thru your music. This new song and video, really spoke to me. My son 24 and my daughter 18 have been brought up in church , but when they became teens they drew away and are living worldly lives. I want soooo much for them to know the Lord as I do. I am trying to be a Good example but sometimes it is hard. My heart really hurts for them. I know it is hard for them to be without their Dad. A Dad really makes a impact on a childs life. I mean a Dad that really loves them and is there for them all the time. Thank you Casting Crowns!
