As a former employee of HomeInstead (in Round Rock, TX) and taking care of an aging parent...God Bless our Elders! Scary thing though...I feel young until I look in the mirror; "I whole heartedly better embrace that reflection" and keep enjoying life! I also hope to keep my sense of humor as the years pass. :-)))) She's great...

What an inspirational lady! I learned so much from her. Makes me wish I had known my own grandmother.

Found this video by God's grace this morning. Loved it! Relevant and so true about how it is when one matures into the 'seniors world' of patience and wisdom.

Someboy once told me that when an older person dies it's like losing a library. If that's true let the books that I leave behind when I get there be ones that my children will not be ashamed to read.

The elderly are treasures that are undervalued in our society for the wealth of knowledge and wisdom they have. And obviously their humor too. They were and are the great generation.

She is so hilarious! I almost spilt my food when she talked about ordering cheese burger at the mail box... lol But at the same time she is very thought-provoking. I got new ideas from her 'comedy'!
