Good Samaritan Finds Homeless Man Digging in Trash For Food - Then Does The Kindest Thing

Don't understand his last comment of being sorry he had to do it? Does he feel he's under law, does he not know he is under grace? He did a good deed and shouldn't be sorry.

Seems to me he had the webcam on and happened to pass this man! Why critize and judge? The "samaritan " doens't even tell everyone his name-unknown to the the public but known By our Lord. Besides-the man preferred cash...but still I was touched that he didn't ask for much...God Bless the both of them!

JUDGE NOT , PRAY FOR THEM BOTH GOD KNOWS THEIR NEEDS PERHAPS NEITHER HAVE HEARD THE GOOD NEWS THIS IS, AFTER ALL GODTUBE AND U HAVE JUST LEARNED ABOUT NEW PERSONS TO REMEMBER IN PRAYER.

Whatever was his motive, he was able to help a needy person. Let God do the judgment whether it was acceptable to HIM. What's important is he helped and did not just passed by. God bless him!

Yes the Bible does teach us to do things in secret and not expect anything in return... but how else are we going to teach a world that is so full of critics and people who hate to do something kind without showing them how to be kind... Jesus also taught this... I think what this man did was wonderful and he did not do it for us he did it because Christ laid it upon his heart to help someone in need... Did you ever stop and think that maybe God wanted him to share this so that it would make people stop and think about being kind one to another... there is a lesson to be learned by all from this act of kindness... So stop criticizing and start listening to the message God sent out to us today....

I wonder, how is it that this benefactor had a camera at the right moment, in the right place, with the right circumstances? I find it odd.

If the intention of the guy who filmed himself doing the good deed is to inspire others, then, it must be good.

Atleast he filmed himself by doing something right... :-)

He did something....he fed a man when he was hungry. People do NOT need to criticize him for HOW he did it.....at least he stepped up and answered the call........There are always countless people to judge and criticize people........rather that it should be countless people be inspired by him and do something themselves....

What he did was a good thing but I agree with the others - I'm not the Jedi Master of scripture but I believe that it teaches to give in secret and if any recognition is wanted better not to give at all - but then again maybe he filmed it to inspire other to give.

I think its good to show people how to be kind, some people think it would be too hard or embarassing, but this shows how easy it is. The giver is pretty brave to show how easy it is to help those in need, knowing he will be criticized. Also perhaps the guy needed money to pay for rent or something. Good people believe the best of people unless its obviously not the case.

I think it was a very nice gesture especially when the poor man was desperate enough to be looking in a trash can these people are where I see Jesus. He didn't care who was around or watching He only went about doing good! His compassion was unimagineable I love helping those in need because so many times I have been there myself! What a better world if more people stepped out of their comfort zone and showed such compassion.

It was unviewable. I could hear what was going on, lots of wind here. Typical, you offer to buy every food & drink and the guy asks for CASH.

NOT ONLY DO IT, BUT SHOW EVERYONE AROUND WHAT YOU ARE DOING... GREAT DEED BUT WHY HUMILIATE THE GUY EVEN MORE BY TALKING SO LOUD, NOT TO MENTION THE CAM (BUT THAT WAS PROBABLY JUST A HELMET CAM). BUT THANKS GOD ANYWAYS. GREAT WORK.
