Robert Nowlan sir as we Judge WE ARE Judged... heaven forbid you ever have SIN in your life that you can't conquer on your own, but need the proof of forgiveness from a Father in Heaven that sends someone on earth to Love you where you are.

Susan, I loved your reply here - I had a similar experience with this same song, and walked away with a confirmation that left me full of joy and awe, knowing that the guiding hand of our Lord was playing an active role in my life, at that moment. God is beyond amazing...He is alive and well and living through us all. Thanks for sharing your story!

I have had countless contacts with the "signpeople" and have spoken with most of those about their circumstances and why they feel the need to beg. I regret to say that the vast majority dont have to beg bt chose to due to an addiction or other sad habit (like sloth) that prevents them from punching a clock or seeking one of the countless social services our society offers to those in legitemate need. They use props: crutches, wheelchairs, bandages, hospital wristbands, even children they borrow from other low lives in order to convince you your giving your hard earned cash to a worthy cause. The "help us with funeral expenses" is a new and properous one. The fact is that most states will pay for cremation if the family cant afford it and a wake can be done with little or no expense. These are just hooks. I spoke to one gent recently that was asking for money for food and shelter. When I got close enough to him he reeked of alc and after a few questions he explained he wouldnt use any of the local charity shelters because they wouldn't let him drink and insisted he look for work while he stay there. The man with the scar for example: was he naturally bald or did he shave his head so all could see? The next time you want to give money to someone you see in need stop and talk to them for one or two minutes. Ask for a bit of their back story. "What lead you to being here?" Listen and then ask yourself whether or not giving them cash is really going to help? Are you giving them a loaf of bread when you could be teaching them to fish?

Don't know how i missed this song unless God just knew I needed it now. Just returned from Haiti mission where I gave love but received it even more. Talk about the Kingdom Come! As they say in Haiti Halelooojah!

As I'm leaving Costco and at the stop light to turn left onto Wendover, a man has his cardboard sign stating he has a head injury, diabetic, disabled and needs money for food, meds.... I've seen him here before....he has a scar running ear to ear across the top of his head, thick glasses and it's apparent he has, at some point, suffered a traumatic accident and surgeries. He is the one person at these stoplights in GSO I've given money to. As I get closer, I slow and roll down my window and hand him money as I go by. Wondering, did I give him enough? Not enough? Should I have even given him anything? It's human nature to question myself I guess..... Then on KLove the song starts playing... "You see the cardboard sign.." the song is Jason Grey 'With Every Act Of Love' THANK YOU to my ever present, reassuring, loving God! We have all had those second thoughts and wondered..... But the reason I posted this, was not to draw attention to the ACT of giving or even that specific man.....it was to highlight the confirmation I received from God immediately afterwards. God touched me so deeply at that exact moment I needed it most when I heard those beginning lyrics of the song...."sitting at the stop light.....can't be bothered with the heart cry.....written on the cardboard in her hands...." With Every Act of Love'
