God who Defies Wisdom
In this video, I discuss a little known but significant theme that runs through both the Old and New Testaments and that theme is that the God of the Bible reveals himself as a God who defies human wisdom. In many instances, God does exactly the opposite of what humans would do. I offer a few examples of this and then ask the question, has God baited arrogant humans who deny his existence into a trap? This sets up the next video where we will discuss a number of reasons why we are particularly vulnerable to such a trap.
