Biblical Hebrew Lesson 6 - Nouns and Adjectives | by eTeacherBiblical

In hebrew, every noun and adjective has both number (singular or plural) and gender (masculine or feminine). The masculine singular form has no special ending, but every other form has a suffix that marks the word as feminine singular (accentedָה ), masculine plural (ִ ים ), or feminine plural (וֹת).

In our lessons, we look for some nouns and adjectives in several verses. One of the most interesting examples we deal with, is the noun: Elohim (God), which takes on the form of a plural noun.
