Comedian Nazareth Hilariously Explains How Most Things In Life Revolve Around Food and Eating
Christian comedian Nazareth hilariously explained how most things in our lives revolve around food and eating.
Vitamins, minerals and nourishment are vital components to staying alive. Our bodies need them to function and operate correctly. They are necessary, and we have to have them; if we fail to get them in a timely manner, we will not last long.
Now, the easiest and by far the most enjoyable method of getting these necessary vitamins, minerals and calories is through eating. For nearly everyone, that is one obligation and requirement they are more than happy to fulfill. I mean, who doesn’t enjoy eating? You could probably rattle off your top five favorite foods without thinking about it right now.
While most people deeply love and appreciate food, have you ever stopped to consider how much of our lives revolve around it? Nazareth, a hilarious comedian, did, and he has some very funny but also very accurate observations about food, eating and the significant role it plays in our lives.
“It is all about food; we love to eat out,” he said. “It’s just like, you know, like, Valentine’s Day. It’s not about love; it’s about going out and eating. Mother’s Day, let’s go out and eat. Father’s Day, let’s eat. Jesus was born; let’s go eat!”
He also mentioned that food will still be important even after we’re gone and our time on Earth is over.
“Guess what your family is going to be doing five minutes after they put you under. Yes, they going to eat!” he points out. “In your memory, they will eat. It’s all about food.”
Near the end of the clip, he also mentions how food can sometimes be political. He hysterically points out how food plays a large role in the creation and execution of the United States foreign policy.
Proverbs 17:22 “A glad heart makes a healthy body, but a crushed spirit makes the bones dry.”
